Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To cancel, notify our Customer Services Team via email (sales@belleformationslimited.com) or post (5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN), or by completing the cancellation form available in our returns section.
If your item has already been shipped, you’ll need to return it to us at your own expense (unless free returns were included). Returns should be sent to:

Use a reliable courier and retain proof of postage. If we do not receive the item or proof of return, we cannot process a refund.
For cancellations made before dispatch, we will refund you within 14 days. If the product has been returned, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item or valid proof of return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method with no extra fees.
If a product is returned in used or damaged condition (e.g. missing accessories, removed tags, damaged packaging), a deduction may be made. If the item is not in resalable condition, a refund may not be issued. Contact our Customer Services Team for clarification before returning.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items. If an item is faulty beyond this period, it may be covered under warranty. For December purchases, we offer an extended returns window from Dec 1st to 31st to accommodate holiday shopping.
If your product is defective or not as described, email us at sales@belleformationslimited.com or use the contact form on our website. Clearly describe the issue and include a photo or video for faster processing.
Once approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label. You’ll receive automated updates during the return and refund process.
