- PRICING
- All product prices are displayed on our website and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout. If VAT rates change between your order date and dispatch, we will update the VAT you pay unless full payment was completed beforehand.
- Payment is taken when your order is dispatched and a Dispatch Confirmation Email is sent. Ownership transfers once full payment is received. If any payment is missed, we reserve the right to apply interest at 2% annually above the Bank of England base rate. Interest is charged daily from the due date until payment is completed.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Unless specified, BELLEFORMATIONS LIMITED is not the manufacturer. While we strive to maintain accurate product descriptions, actual colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and packaging may differ. Always read labels, warnings, and directions before use.
- Products may be updated to comply with regulations or to introduce minor technical improvements. Such changes will not impact product functionality.
- ORDER FULFILMENT & DELIVERY
- Processing Times:
- Orders are typically processed the same working day. Orders after 4 PM GMT or on weekends/bank holidays will be handled the next business day. Allow additional time during holiday or sale periods.
- Shipping Options & Charges:
- Available delivery services and costs are listed at checkout and include VAT.
- DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
- If an event beyond our control delays your delivery, we’ll inform you promptly. In such cases, we’ll do our best to minimise the impact. If the delay is significant, you can contact our Customer Service Team to cancel your order and receive a refund for any unshipped items.
- If an event prevents us from fulfilling our contract entirely, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for any unfulfilled orders.
- ORDER CANCELLATION
- You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. To cancel, contact our Customer Service Team or submit the cancellation form via email to sales@belleformationslimited.com or by post to 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of cancellation at your own expense (unless free returns were offered). Use a trusted courier and keep proof of postage.
- Refunds cover the product and standard delivery costs only. Express or timed delivery fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of return, using your original payment method.
- If items are returned in a used or damaged condition, your refund may be reduced. Items must be unused, with original packaging and accessories intact.
- RETURNS POLICY
- We comply with all consumer protection laws and aim to resolve product issues promptly. To report a problem, contact us through our website or email sales@belleformationslimited.com. Include a description of the issue and photos if possible.
- Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label. You will receive regular updates on your return status.
- WARRANTY COVERAGE
- Items found faulty within 12 months of purchase (excluding wear and misuse) are eligible for repair or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please follow the returns procedure to initiate a warranty claim.
- LEGAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
- Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your legal rights include:
- Up to 30 days: refund for faulty items
- Up to 6 months: replacement or refund if repair fails
- Up to 6 years: potential refund for items that don’t last reasonably long
- PRODUCT USAGE
- Unless stated otherwise, all products are for domestic or home-office use. Products must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Alterations to the product or software may void your warranty and affect your refund or repair rights.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
- Customers outside mainland UK may be subject to import taxes or duties upon delivery. These are your responsibility, and customs policies differ by country. You are considered the importer and must comply with local laws. Customs authorities may inspect and open shipments.
- CANCELLATION BY US
- We may cancel our agreement if you do not accept delivery within a reasonable time. We reserve the right to seek compensation if applicable.
- LIABILITY
- We are responsible for losses resulting from our contract breach, except for:
- Unpredictable losses not foreseen at the time of contract
- Delays caused by uncontrollable events (as outlined above)
- Losses you could have avoided by following usage instructions
- Losses related to business, trade, or profession
- Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions. Where applicable, your legal rights remain unaffected.
- We do not exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- CHILDREN’S POLICY
- We do not sell to minors. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian involved in purchases.
- DATA PRIVACY
- We handle personal data in accordance with our Data Protection Privacy Notice, available on our website.
- COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
- If you experience an issue, please contact our Managing Director at The Tannery, 91 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS3 1HS.
- These terms are governed by English law. You may bring disputes to courts in England, or in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland if that is where you reside. We may also bring legal action in your country of residence.
- ADDITIONAL TERMS
- We may transfer this agreement to another company without affecting your rights.
- This contract is solely between you and us.
- If any part of this contract is found to be unlawful, the remaining terms will still apply.
